E-mail Setup (Outlook)
- Start Outlook, on the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
- Select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
- Select the e-mail server (POP3) used for your account, and then click Next
- In the appropriate boxes (All lowercase):
- Type your name (e.g. joe)
- New email account (e.g. joe@mydomain.com)
- Username - full email address (e.g. joe@mydomain.com)
- password(You should have your password as provided by IEB Software)
- Incoming mail server (e.g. mail.mydomain.com)
- Outgoing mail server (smtp.titaninternet.co.uk)
- N.B Do not click 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)'
- Go to More Settings > Outgoing Server > Click ‘My server requires authentication’
- Also, click ‘use same settings as my incoming mail server’.
- Finally, Click Test Account Settings to verify that your account is working.
- If there is missing or incorrect information, such as your password, you will be prompted to supply or correct it.
