Email Set-up

If you are using Outlook

  1. Start Outlook, on the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts. 
  2. Select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
  3. Select the e-mail server (POP3) used for your account, and then click Next
  4. In the appropriate boxes (All lowercase)
  • Type your name (joe)
  • New email account (joe@mydomain.com)
  • Username (joe@mydomain.com)
  • password(You should have your password as provided by IEB Software)
  • Incoming mail server (mail.mydomain.com)
  • Outgoing mail server (smtp.titaninternet.co.uk)
  1. N.B Do not click 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)'
  2. Go to More Settings > Outgoing Server >  Click ‘My server requires authentication’
  3. Also, click ‘use same settings as my incoming mail server’.
  4. Finally, Click Test Account Settings to verify that your account is working.

If there is missing or incorrect information, such as your password, you will be prompted to supply or correct it.
