The Solution - IEB SAM
IEB Software Asset Maintenance (SAM) is a tool to help organisations manage their asset maintenance jobs (both preventative and reactionary). Assets can vary from large machinery to small cars and even people. Maintenance can include engine overhauls, certificate renewals, vehicles' tax and MOT, or even staff training.
IEB SAM helps managers by alerting them to upcoming maintenance and allowing them to allocate the job to an engineer. An engineer will then have a detailed printout of the job description, and can save the job sheet back into the system.
IEB SAM also helps by storing all of an asset's information in one place. This can include user manuals, inspection sheets, maintenance history and health & safety procedures.
Top level management can produce reports of all jobs upcoming and completed, as well as cost analysis of jobs per asset.
