Project Planning
We start with an in-depth analysis of your business. We take time to understand your business operations. We look at your products and services and involve the key members of your team to extract the best and exact requirements for the application. We will use this fact finding mission to produce our "Statements or Requirements" document, which will outline how we will approach the project, with a full detailed functional specification which will include all aspects of the requirements, which leads us to the next stage.
Implementation (Design & Coding)
Once the SOR document has been reviewed and signed, all coding and designing work of Web Application is carried out in the Development phase. Solutions are developed to meet client’s requirement with use of latest technologies like ASP.NET, Ajax. Features for scalability and security are implemented during this phase.
Testing
During the later stages of the development, we can allow our client’s (if they wish) to test the application where possible, to get back some real live feedback on the work so far. In addition to this, we conduct four types of testing that are methodology unit, module, system and integration testing.
Deployment & Support
Upon completion of testing and fine-tuning, the application is deployed. How Deployment is handled and supported will be tailored for each client, and agreed upon at the SOR stage of the project.
We will work with our client to ensure that it is handled in a way that best suits them, with as little downtime as possible for any of their systems.
